The newest TV series of Spain, Doramas Online, is something that fans of my blog and of me personally would have loved to see. It's a romantic comedy series set in a small town in the Basque region. The lead character, Paco (Emanuel) is a son of a peasant and works part time as a cook in a local restaurant. But when a beautiful girl named Ana (Sandra Oh), who works in an accounting office nearby, ends up accompanying him, he begins to feel something is different between them. He then runs into a handsome fellow, Jose (Pedro Circles) who invites him to his home, where they meet the whole cast of characters from the TV series, which includes his own mother, a Spanish Resistance fighter, his cousins and the rest of the main cast from the show.

This TV series is based on a book written by Paco Lacroix. I read it when it was released and I must say it is a very nice book. The novel has excellent grammar and the story is very good too. I have always liked Doramas Online, so I am looking forward to trying out the latest episodes as soon as it becomes available on my monthly satellite subscription.
